Companies House ID Verification - all Directors and PSCs must verify ID by 18th November 2025

Directors and persons with significant control (generally 25%+ shareholders) need to verify ID for companies house and obtain an 11 digit code.

From 18 November 2025 this code will be required for companies house filings, so we recommend you action it asap.  The easiest way is to set up a GOV.UK ONE login and download an app.   Our helpful video will take you through the process.
